Please reach us at refurbishedfrogbikes@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Yes most definitely, 80% of our bikes come to us as part exchange, we monitor the secondhand Frog bike market everyday and we normally offer the same amount you would get selling the bike yourself privately.
Sorry all our bikes are currently sold on a collection in person only basis from Brinkworth, Wiltshire and we don’t package or deal with couriers.
We like to give our customers our personal customer service and experience making sure they are happy (which they always are) with the bike.
Unfortunately not, we just don’t have the facilities and time to package bikes and wait for it to be collected, then to worry if the bike has been delivered to you safely and securely.
This is a maybe, try us, if the bike is in great condition and is an IslaBike, Squish, Carrera, Forme or Wiggins we may be interested in accepting it as part exchange.
Yes, we offer to purchase your child’s outgrown Frog bike when dropped off to us in person, even if you don’t buy their next bike from us.
Well, this depends on the bikes age, condition and if there’s any parts that need replacing (not including serviceable parts).
If you would like to contact us via ‘refurbishedfrogbikes@gmail.com’ and let us know if you are the first owners from new, if your Frog bike includes mudguards, spare tyres etc. and send us a few photos of both sides of the bike (the more the merrier) including any damage that would be great, then we could give you an estimated value.
Not officially at the moment, but rest assured we have never had a complaint or a bike returned due to a fault.
(If you do by any chance encounter a problem, we will do our best to help solve the problem).
Unfortunately, the original Frog bikes guarantee is only valid for the first original owner, however we will be in talks with Frog Bikes to discuss a manufacturer guarantee renewal with our bikes soon.
The price difference may be due to the age, overall condition and accessories fitted to the bike.
If we have the bike your looking for in stock, send us a message either via or ‘contact us’ web page, our Facebook page, our Instagram page or via email stating you would like to purchase a bike. We will then get back to you with details of how to secure your child’s next Frog bike with a £25 deposit until collection.
Not officially, however if there is a part you need replacing we do offer a replacement service and only charge pocket money to fit it for you.
No we don’t, one of our biggest & time consuming jobs in the workshop is removing other people’s attempts of touching up the paintwork on their child’s bike.
Children’s bikes will get damaged and that is to be accepted, please only attempt to touch up paintwork yourself if you have the experience otherwise you just end up making the damage more obvious with touch up paint.
Unfortunately we don’t normally let people know when bikes come in to stock. We would recommend following our ‘Refurbished Frog Bikes’ Facebook page or to regularly check back on our website to keep up to date when new bikes come in and message us as soon as possible if there’s a bike you are interested in.
That way you are not added to a list of people wanting the same bike.
We ask for bikes to be collected within 10 calendar days of receiving your deposit.
We provide services for both businesses and the general public. If you have a fleet of Frog, Squish, or Islabikes that require servicing or refurbishment, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We can create a tailored package to suit the needs of multiple bikes.
Yes, we would most definitely be interested in purchasing your fleet of Frog, Squish, or Isla bikes.
Please feel free to get in touch with us.
All old/worn parts replaced on our Frog bikes are recycled in an appropriate manner.
Most of our cleaning & detailing products are eco friendly.
All our tools are regularly checked, maintained and looked after making them last longer.
We considerably extend the life of Frog bikes by making them feel and look as new as possible, saving them from getting nearer to the landfill or recycling centre.
