🛑 Are they qualified, do they have the experience, and the right workshop tools to thoroughly check over, service, and safety check a Frog bike❓
🛑 Do they have the knowledge of Frog Bikes, their sizing, and are willing to recommend and not just sell❓
🛑 Do they send you quality photos that you can zoom in on to check the condition of the bike before you travel to see the bike in person❓
🛑 Do they offer part exchange value, potentially the same amount you would get if you sold privately❓
🛑 Would the seller be able to help you out if you encountered a problem with the bike a few weeks, months, or years after purchase❓
🛑 Do they offer a free six-month after-sales adjustment check, as you would get purchasing a brand-new bike from a trusted bike shop❓
🛑 And last but not least… why do you think they are trading bikes❓
The answer to this last question is most likely, “just to make cash”… and not… “offering outstanding customer service whilst being passionate in what they are creating”.
