We purchased a refurbished bike from here in August 2024 and we are absolutely thrilled with it. Amazing service from a really kind owner, with plenty of patience and time whilst we deliberated over it. Fantastic quality bike, you’d never know that it was refurbished. We’ll absolutely be back in the future when it’s time for an upgrade. Highly recommended ⭐️.
Dave was really helpful today. We got an appointment at short notice and it was great trying different size bikes to get the right one for our daughter. She loved her previous frog bike and wanted the same but bigger and luckily it was in stock. It is reassuring to know the bike has been checked and is in great condition. Thanks again Dave.

Fantastic customer service from start at enquiry stage on Facebook. Prompt replies to messages and support around appropriate sizing and support. When confirmed for a visit to view bike, time was taken to support my 4 year old in ensuring the fit was accurate and he felt secure.

Answered my message promptly and had exactly what we were looking for, so after paying a small deposit, the bike was secured until we were able to collect it.
