We are proud to officially offer a six-month guarantee on all our Refurbished Frog Bikes. This guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind that your Frog bike purchased from us has been carefully refurbished and checked to a high standard.

Terms and Conditions:

What’s Covered:

• Defects in workmanship and materials related to the refurbishment.

• Faults that occur under normal use within six months of the purchase date.

• Any mechanical issue that may arise with the bike or any of its components.

• Any parts that are required to fix any of the issues.

• Tyre/inner tube punctures within five days of purchase.

• All labour by us required to get the bike back to full working order.

What’s Not Covered:

• Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., brake pads, tyres, chains, cables).

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.

• Modifications or repairs not carried out by us.

• Tyre/inner tube punctures after the first five days of purchase.

• Cosmetic damage to parts and paintwork.

• Suspension on the Frog MTB range.

• Incorrect removal or fitting of any part or accessory by the purchaser or third party.

Terms:

• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• The six-month period begins from the date of purchase.
• If our branded sticker has been removed, this voids all warranty.
• The bike must be ‘returned to us & collected in person at the buyer’s expense’ for inspection and repair.
• Any work completed by a third party will not be covered by this warranty.
• We do not offer mobile repairs, reimburse third-party repair costs, and return/collection costs.
• If for any reason we cannot get the bike back to full working order, then a full refund or suitable replacement will be provided.

Our Responsibility:

• If the issue is found to be covered under our guarantee, we will repair the bike at no cost or replace the faulty part(s).

• If the issue is not covered, we will provide a quote for repair before proceeding.

How to Make a Guarantee Claim: just in case 🤷‍♂️

1. Contact us with details of the issue along with clear photos.

2. Return the bike to us at your own cost in person.

3. We will assess the bike and confirm whether the issue is covered.

Additional Information:

• This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

• We have multiple photos of all bikes sold just before purchase as proof of condition.
